Augie's Prime Cut is participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week from March 18 - 31, 2012
Come in Tuesday through Saturday and enjoy our three-course, prix-fixe lunch for $20.95.
We offer our three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $29.95 Sunday through Wednesday
*beverage, tax and tip are excluded

LUNCH MENU
First Course (choice)

Caesar Salad
Tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing & topped with garlic croutons.

Garden Salad
Garden vegetables and mixed greens served with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Fried Zucchini
Tempura battered and lightly pan fried served with a homemade lemon garlic aioli.

Second Course (choice)

Colossal Fried Shrimp
Panko crusted and lightly pan fried with our homemade cocktail sauce and French fries.

8oz. Prime Rib
Slow roasted to tempurature and accompanied with au jus and French fries.

Chicken Romana
Breast of chicken, lightly breaded and pan fried topped with chopped bacon, sweet Vidalia
onion, and baby sweet peas, all sautéed in a white wine and lemon sauce.

Third Course (choice)

Chocolate Mousse Cake

DINNER MENU
First Course (choice)

Eggplant Rollatini
Rolled with thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma and fresh mozzarella cheese,
lightly baked in a plum tomato cream sauce .

Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato
Served with aged balsamic vinegar and fresh basil.

Tuna Tartare
Sushi grade Ahi tuna served with an avocado purée and a carrot reduction, drizzled in sesame oil.

Second Course (choice)

6oz. Filet Mignon
Broiled to tempurature and served with your choice of potato.

8oz. Prime Rib
Slow roasted to tempurature with au jus and your choice of potato.

Colossal Shrimp Scampi
The Italian classic served on a bed of rice pilaf.
